At East Heights, I encourage children and staff to utilize the media center and the available technology resources to further their academic development.  I encourage everyone to read for a variety of purposes in their daily lives.  The children can access the internet, search the computer catalog and use Accelerated Reader through our nine media center workstations. I teach weekly lessons on research skills and language arts standards.

     Parents and children are welcome to visit and check-out books any day that school is in session.  The library is open from 7:30 am - 3:10 pm.
